Our cheeses are made following local tradition, using good Swiss milk. Depending on the type of cheese, Cave d’Or specialities may be ripened for up to fourteen months in caves that provide ideal temperatures and moisture. To achieve perfect maturing, the master cheese-maker uses his remarkable know-how, as well as all the time and patience needed for impeccable results.
